PACKAGING
The products ordered are packaged with the greatest care. They can either to be collected from our office or shipped.
DELIVERY TIME
We make every effort to ensure that any order paid, and received before noon is shipped the same day (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
COLLECTION
You can collect the products free of charge directly from our premises in Argenteuil (95) by appointment. To get to our office in Argenteuil.
SHIPPING METHODS
The shipping methods offered depend where you want to be delivered and the weight of the total order. It is why an address is required when registering.
Shipping methods:
- Follow-up letter for shipments to metropolitan France up to 150g. The delivery time is on average 48 hours. This shipping method is economic for shipments of light items such as nozzles, belts...
- Colissimo for shipments to metropolitan France, Andore, Monaco, Overseas* and the European Union** up to 10kg. The indicative delivery time is 2 working days in metropolitan France, 5 to 7 working days for overseas territories, 3 to 8 days for European Union .
- Mondial relay to be delivered to a relay nearby your place. This is the most economical shipping mode for sending product. This delivery method is limited to metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal.
- DHL for fast deliveries. The indicative time is 24 hours (48 hours depending on the destination). This is the shipping method chosen mainly by companies.
FREE OF CARRIAGE
Free delivery for shipping in Mondial Relay for any order placed on the site from €100 excluding tax (i.e. €120 including tax).
Free delivery with Colissimo in metropolitan France for any order placed on the sitefrom €165 excluding tax (i.e. €198 including tax).
*Overseas : Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion.
