CreatBot D400 HS 3D Printer

The CreatBot D400 HS is an industrial FDM 3D printer designed for demanding professional environments.

With a build volume of 420 × 400 × 420 mm, it features an advanced dual extrusion system with auto-rising dual extruders, delivering high-speed flow rates of up to 90 mm³/s and print temperatures of up to 420°C.

Built on the latest developments in Klipper, the D400 HS can print at speeds of up to 300 mm/s.

The CreatBot D400 HS features an actively heated build chamber, reaching temperatures of up to 70°C. This reduces thermal stress, improves interlayer adhesion and enables the printing of technical filaments.

Its enclosure is also equipped with HEPA filtration and activated carbon, helping you print a wide range of materials safely and without unpleasant odours.

Material cooling at the nozzle outlets is provided by external air, improving overhangs and top surfaces even inside a heated chamber.

Camera-based and eddy-current technologies automate nozzle and build-plate calibration, helping maintain precise offset settings.

The CreatBot D400 HS is equipped with a removable, flexible magnetic build plate, making it much easier to remove parts—even after large prints.

Print settings are displayed on a 7-inch touchscreen with an intuitive, user-friendly interface.

The CreatBot D400 HS is compatible with a wide range of 1.75 mm filaments, including PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, PCTG, PC, nylon and carbon-fibre-filled filaments.
